Gotham Knights
Batman's Boy Band

THE STORY
This game was torn apart by the critics when it was release, me being me I had to see for myself what all the fuss was about. It was not nearly as bad as people portrayed let’s get that out of the way. This game fallows all of Batman’s foster kids teaming up to figure out who killed then avenge Bat Daddy. Along the way which ever bat based good guy you pick deals with the emotional damage of Batman dying. This game fallows loosely on the Batman and the Court of Owls story arc in the New 52 comics. One of the best Batman arcs if you’re a nerd like me and haven't read it yet get on it. Like I said earlier you get to pick your Bat based character and play the whole game as them or hot swap between all 4 options. I picked Red Hood because he is a bad ass, but you can also pick Damian Wayne as Robin, Nightwing, or Batgirl. 7/10 For story it was short but not bad I don’t get the hate there were for sure bigger pile of shit games this year.
THE GRIND
This Bat adventure was fun in the beginning but got really repetitive quickly. The last trophy I needed to get before grabbing that sweet Platinum was to reach max level. This can only be done in new game +, this sucks because you have to pretty much 100% everything else before changing game modes. otherwise, you cannot complete the combat trophies that require late game enemies. Once I got to NG+ it was like four hours of running around exp farming two million exp. 4/10 It took way too long to complete this because of all the running around. Not recommended to people with short attention spans.
THE QUALITY
This little project from Warner Brothers was not too bad. The graphics were on point and for the most part it was bug free. I had a bunch of issues with the controls, but the game was not unplayable. The movement was a little unresponsive at times which made getting around the map a little difficult. The Bat cycle was cool but felt very under powered. It was a good game but needed a little help with the controls. 6/10 how the games looks did not outweigh how it felt.
THE JURY
5.6/10 overall I feel bad, but this game left a lot to be desired. Graphically it was there but the wacky unresponsive controls hurt it greatly. The grind for the platinum was painful but relatively short in comparison to other games. If this game ever pops up as a free to play or you can get it for a discount, I think it is worth it. The story that they picked is awesome and should be experienced by everyone.
